The room is fully furnished. It has a king size bed, a desk and a chair in case you work remotely. It also has a TV with Amazon Fire stick in case you need it to watch your shows and movies. We would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom. The rent is 850 eur including all expenses.
The location is great! It is 7 mins away from U1 Stiglmaierplatz station, 11 mins from Theresienstrasse U2 station, and 4 mins from a tram station. There are many supermarkets, cool restaurants and bars within walking distance.
You would be sharing the room with me. I am 28, overall quite relaxed and spend a lot of time in the apartment. I enjoy playing squash, going out with my friends, and I am sometimes traveling. I am working in financial services, but since the policy is flexible, I go two or three times per week to the office. With my current flatmate, we enjoy talking together, discovering the neighborhood and going out.
