Das Zimmer ist renoviert und sehr geräumig, mit genügend Platz für Bett, Couch und Schreibtisch. Die Küche ist neu und hat einen Gasherd und bietet auch genügend Stauraum und Platz zum Essen. Außerdem gibt es hier auch noch einen schönen Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist groß und hat eine Waschmaschine und Badewanne.
Die Lage ist super zentral in der Maxvorstadt. Nähe Englischer Garten und LMU.
Gibt eigentlich alles was man benötigt in der Nähe und natürlich ist auch die nächste U-Bahn Station nicht weit :)
Da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht suche ich nach einem Ersatz ;) Ich studiere derzeit BWL an der LMU und bin ein sehr umgänglicher Mensch! Finde es cool, wenn man mal zusammen kocht oder was trinkt in der WG oder auch außerhalb :) Aber es ist natürlich auch immer möglich, sich in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen, wenn man Ruhe benötigt.
Suche eine weibliche oder einen männlichen Mitbewohner*in. Ob du studierst, eine Ausbildung machst oder schon arbeitest spielt für mich keine Rolle. Schreibe doch gerne ein paar Sätze zu dir und wie du dir das gemeinsame WG Leben vorstellst! Wenn du Fragen hast schieß gerne los :) Freue mich auf deine Nachricht :)
