My WG is looking for a female tenant. The person should be quiet and no parties in the room please! (but of course guests are allowed).
Everyone in the WG has full time jobs. We have two toilets and one kitchen, but no living room. We also have a washing machine in flat and a basement.
Together with you there are 6 people in the flat (but usually it’s 5 people, because our main tenant is often not at home)
Contract and registration provided. Radio tax, utility costs included in the price.
Location: its right in from of the main TUM campus, so 1 min walk away, and 2 min walk away from the U bahn Theresienstraße. Super central and its a very nice neighborhood. Supermarkets are also 2 minutes away.
I prefer if you start renting on 15th of March, max. on the 20th.
