Hallo Zusammen,
ich vermiete ab 1.09.20 ein unmöbliertes Zimmer in einer hübschen Wohnung in der Heßstraße unter. Es handelt sich um eine kleine 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Wohnküche. Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca. 52qm.
Ich bin nur ca zwei Nächte pro Woche daheim. Was mir wichtig ist: ich mags gerne supersauber, das sollte auch mit dir so bleiben :).
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an allem was man so braucht: Tram, Geschäfte, Kneipen, Innenstadt, sie ist recht ruhig, Küche und Bad gehen zum schönen Innenhof. Die Zimmer gehen zur Straße raus, da wir aber gegenüber der Fachhochschule sind ist es auch hier sehr ruhig, besonders am Wochenende. Parken kann man in der Heßstraße sehr gut, vor allem mit Bewohnerausweis.
