It's a bedroom with a large window, facing east, on the 1rst floor of an old building. The furnitures include two tables, a chair, a bed with blanket and sheets, and a closet with coat hangers. Wooden floor, white walls.
The appartment is located close to the U-Bahn stations Theresienstrasse and Stiglmaierplatz, next to a nice green park. Quiet area, with quiet and nice neighbours. The building is full of students, mainly from the TUM. The owner's office is on the groundfloor, which makes it easy to meet him.
The flatshare is now empty. We're looking for two new persons to live in. The appartment is small but efficiently furnished, with a washing machine, a dish washer and some basics to cook and clean. There is a small courtyard to park bikes. No elevator.
