Hallo,
ich suche spontan eine/n ZwischenmieterIN für September/Oktober (01.09 - 30.10.) in München/Maxvorstadt.
Das Zimmer ist 16qm Meter groß, hell und möbliert. Fächer für Klamotten und sonstiges werden freigeräumt.
Ansonsten wohnt hier noch ein netter Mitbewohner, der beim BR arbeitet, aber fast den ganzen September Urlaub macht.
Die Wohnung ist 3 Minuten von der Tramhaltestelle Lothstraße entfernt und 10 Minuten von der Ubahn Stigelmaierplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Stadt oder an der Uni. Die Wohnung selbst hat eine nette kleine Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Ich suche jemanden der entspannt, zuverlässig und selbstständig ist.
