Dear all,
Starting the 15th of March, a room will be available in my current Studenten-WG!
The room in question is 9m^2, costs €490,- p.m., and is equipped with some basic furniture!
It is available from the 15th of March (maybe a little sooner) until the 31st of August!
The appartement is ideally located within the centrum of Maxvorstadt, with everything wothin walking proximity:
Variety of stores and the gym within a 5 minute walk, the closest U-bahn station around the corner and on top of that you can easily walk to the TUM within 15 minutes! Beside these ideal facilities, you will share your appartement with 3 very enjoyable german students, studying at both TUM and LMU.
We are very open to international (Erasmus) students! I myself have been living here for the past 5 months, but sadly have to return to my home country. Having lived with standard german students, I have really experienced a magnificent time: from private house parties, to secret student bars, as well as some of the best inside-information on how to live in München. It is an experience I stongly recommend!
Certainly not a Zweck-WG!
