Die Wohnung ist ein frisch renovierter Altbau in einer sehr zentralen Lage (Maxvorstadt). Insgesamt ist sie 72m² groß - mit einem Balkon und einem kleinen Garten zur Mitbenutzung. In der Wohnung wartet ein helles 18 m² Zimmer auf dich, das ich untervermiete, da ich sehr spontan für einige Monate ins Ausland gehe. Das Bad, die Küche, den Balkon und das Gäste-WC wirst du dir demnach mit meiner aktuellen Mitbewohnerin teilen. Die Küche ist nagelneu und wurde vor einem Monat eingebaut. Auf dem Foto siehst du dein zukünftiges Zimmer.:) Weitere Fotos kann ich dir auf Anfrage gerne zur Verfügung stellen. Ich vermiete das Zimmer ab dem 01.02.2019 für einen Zeitraum von 5 Monaten bis zum 30.06.2019.
Die Wohnung liegt circa 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Josephsplatz entfernt und ist damit super zentral und perfekt angebunden. Der Hauptbahnhof sowie die Münchner Freiheit sind in circa 10-15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist trotz der sehr zentralen Lage an einer wenig befahrenen Straße und somit ruhig gelegen.
