Die Wohnung hat eine super zentrale Lage. ÖPNV ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Haltestelle Universität erreicht man zu Fuß in 5 min. Der Englische Garten ist zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Balkon, aber dafür hast du ein schönes Wohnzimmer, dass du dir mit Elisa teilst.
Das Bad bietet ausreichend Platz für einen Wäscheständer und in der Küche kann man bequem mit ein paar Freunden Abendessen. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionieren noch einwandfrei.

Ich werde einen einjährigen Master in der Niederlande machen und anschließend wieder in die Wohnung zurück kommen.
Sollte ich nicht zurück kommen, besteht für dich die Möglichkeit das Zimmer langfristig zu übernehmen.
Meine Möbel würde ich dir in der Zwischenzeit zur Verfügung stellen. Bei einer etwaigen Übernahme nach einem Jahr, müsste man dann eine Ablöseregelung finden oder ich würde die Möbel abholen.
