Ich bin Architektin mit Hauptwohnsitz in Wien und einem Fuß in München. Ich suche eine nette MitbewohnerIn um mir meine gut gelegene, ruhige, helle, sympathische Wohnung mit Loggia in Toplage Maxvorstadt zu teilen. Ich behalte mir ein Zimmer - der Rest der Wohnung steht uns gemeinsam zur Verfügung. Dein 18m2 großes Zimmer ist nach Absprache möbliert. Wie alle Zimmer der sonnigen Wohnung ist es süd-west orientiert mit Blick auf die Bäume Ecke Neureutherstraße (ruhig). Besonders gemütlich ist die geräumige Wohnküche mit Esstisch in der wir wunderbar gemeinsam Cafe trinken können wenn ich in München bin. Das Bad beinhaltet Badewanne und Wc mit Fenster. Vom voll verglasten Wohnzimmer aus kann man die Loggia betreten auf der ein Gartentisch dich einlädt.
Alle Highlights von Schwabing sind fußläufig zu erreichen: Elisabethmarkt, Universität, Museen, Englischer Garten, etc. Dein Fahrrad kannst du einfach im Innenhof abstellen. Auch die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar. Selbst Mats Hummel von hier um die Ecke ;-)
