Großes, helles Zimmer in zentral gelegener dreier-WG - Spacious room in central 3-people shared flat

Die Wohnung befindet sich 260 Fußweg Meter vom Eingang der U-Bahn Haltestelle Universität (U3 und U6) entfernt. Seit Juli gibt es auch etwas näher als die U-Bahn die Bushaltestelle Siegestor. Zum Englischen Garten sind es 300 Meter Fußweg. Die Lage ist also sehr zentral.

The apartment is 260 meters from the subway station 'Universität' (U3 and U6). Also nearby is the new bus stop 'Siegestor'. The 'Englischer Garten' is right behind the corner. It is very central and well connected.

Es handelt sich um eine 3er-WG, derzeit bestehend aus Carolina (Hauptmieterin) und Max (Mitbewohner/Untermieter).

Ich (Carolina) bin 34, komme aus Italien und lebe seit vier Jahren in München, wo ich als Postdoc an der LMU arbeite. Ich bin ziemlich extrovertiert, ich höre bevorzugt Metal und Gothic, lese gerne und gehe gerne wandern. Ich arbeite viel und habe viele Hobbys, deswegen bin ich sehr oft beschäftigt oder unterwegs. Wenn ich Zeit habe, freue ich mich, wenn ich mal mit meinen Mitbewohnern zusammen kochen oder reden kann. Ich möchte also keinesfalls eine Zweck-WG! Allerdings, da ich wegen Arbeit und Hobbys oft beschäftigt bin, sollte man auch nicht erwarten, dass ich jeden Tag Zeit habe, etwas zusammen zu machen.
Wichtig: Ich bin Schlagzeugspielerin und habe ein elektrisches Schlagzeug in der Abstellkammer. Normalerweise übe ich maximal eine Stunde pro Tag und spiele immer mit Kopfhörer. Allerdings hört man das Trommeln schon geringfügig, wenn ich übe.

Ich (Max) komme aus Bayern und lebe seit neun Jahren in München. Ich bin Ende zwanzig und studiere ab Herbst an der Hochschule München. Ich bin ebenso ein Metal- und Gothicfan. Ab und an zocke ich ein wenig, unternehme jede Woche was mit meinen Freunden oder Mitbewohnern. Praktisch jede Woche gehe ich ins Kino – meistens zur Sneak. Mehrmals unter Woche gehe ich laufen – immer die Isar entlang. Ich würde mich als introvertiert und ruhig beschreiben.


It is a flat-sharing community of three, currently consisting of Carolina(main tenant)and Max (lodger).

I (Carolina) am 34, I come from Italy and I live in Munich since four years, working as a postdoc at the LMU. I am quite extroverted, I like Metal and Gothic music, I read a lot and I like to go hiking. Since I work a lot and I have many hobbies, I am quite busy. However, if I am home and I have time, I'm happy to cook together or talk/watch something. I don't want to live in a flatshare just for saving money: being friends with my flatmates is also important to me. However, since I am so busy, one should not expect me to have time to do something together every day or so.
Important: I play the drums and I have an electric drumset in the storage room. I usually exercise for maximum one hour a day, and always with headphones. However, one can still hear some tapping noises when I do.

I (Max) come from Bavaria and have been living in Munich since 2011. I am in my late twenties and will studying at Hochschule München from autumn onwards. I am also a Metal and Gothic fan i.a.. I am sometimes playing computer games, each week I take action with friends or flatmates. Effectively every week I go to cinema – mostly Sneak Preview (English OV). Several times a week I go running along the river Isar. I 'd dcharacterise myself as introverted and quiet.

Ich möchte das Zimmer am liebsten an jemanden mit ähnlichem Lebensstil und Alter vermieten (Ich bin Mitte dreißig und arbeite in Vollzeit. Prima wäre es, wenn wir den selben Musikgeschmack hätten (es ist aber kein Muss).

I'd like to rent the room to someone with a similar age and lifestyle as me (I'm in my thirties and I work fulltime). If you also like the same music as I do, that would be awesome (it's not a priority though).
