Hey Hey,
mein Freund und ich sind "Office Bergnomaden" ;-)
Das heißt, wir sind oft von Di morgen bis Do abend im Office & schlafen 1-2x in unserer Münchner Wohnung & sind die restliche Zeit in Garmisch um den Bergen nahe zu sein als Bergverrückte ;-)). Deshalb vermieten wir ein Zimmer, das frühere Wohnzimmer, unserer Wohnung (2,5 Zimmer, vollmöbliert, mitten in der Innenstadt an der Tram-Haltestelle Sandstraße - Maxvorstadt) unter.
Wir hatten nun schon mehrere Untermieter für mehrere Monate drin, welche sich dann in Ruhe eine längerfristige Wohnung suchen konnten oder für ein Praktikum/Arbeit kurzfristig in München waren und es hat alles super funktioniert.
