Die 85 qm große Wohnung liegt im Herzen Münchens und ist liebevoll sowie stylisch eingerichtet.
Zur Wohnung: 25m² großes Wohn-/Esszimmer - große Küche mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine - Bad mit Badewanne - Abstellzimmer - Laubengang/Balkon - Kellerabteil
Zum Zimmer:
Vollmöbiliert: Bett mit Matraze. Schrank, Sessel und Teppich. Dies bleibt alles im Zimmer und muss nicht übernommen werden.
Zur mir/Mitbewohnerin: 36 Jahre, berufstätig, unternehmenslustig, sportlich, rücksichtsvoll, freundlich

> Fitness Studio, wie auch Restaurants und Bars alle um´s Eck
> Das Haus ist sehr ruhig mit Familien und weiteren berufstätigen WGs
> Gerne mal Vino auf dem Balkon oder gemeinsame Dinner
Es wäre super, wenn man den Schrank übernimmt, das Bett ist optional.
