Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat eine gute Aufteilung. Jeder kann das Zimmer streichen wie er will. Möbeliert ist das Zimmer nicht. Da kann ich aber gern behilflich sein.
Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung liegt 5 min von einem großen Einkaufszentrum und der UBahn. Man hat eine schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer. Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig.
Es soll definitiv keine Zweck WG werden. Man wird im großeb Ess und Wohnzimmer viel zeit verbringen. Jeder sollte sauber und ordentlich sein, trotzdem kann man auch mal ein Buch oder etwas liegen lassen.
Die Zimmer sibd zwar recht klein man hat dafür ein super schönes großes Wohn und Esszimmer. Die Küche ist sehr modern und hat einen neuen ofen. Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung zwei Bäder, es sollte also in der früh zu keinem Problem kommen ;)
