wir, Claudia (25 Jahre) & Constantin (24 Jahre) suchen eine neue Mibewohnerin oder Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist 10qm groß und ist voll möbliert. Im Zimmer ist alles vorhanden Bett inkl. Matratze & Lattenrost, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Nachttisch, Schrank und Kommode. Ablöse für die Möbel sind 230€.
Bad und Toilette ist getrennt. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen sonnigen Südbalkon.
Die U-Bahn Station Frankfurter Ring (U2) ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt viele naheliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann, DM usw. Bäcker und Apotheke sind auch nur wenige Meter entfernt.
Die Wohnung und das Zimmer (in den Innenhof) ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Abends kochen wir gerne mal zusammen oder trinken ein Bier oder Wein. Da würden wir uns freuen, wenn du dich als zukünftiger Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin anschließt. Für Unternehmungen sind wir immer offen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG.
