Hey there! We’ve got a cozy room coming up for rent in our friendly WG for 3 right in the heart of Moosach, just north of Munich. This area is super convenient, with supermarkets, bakeries, and all sorts of transport links right on our doorstep. We care that we are at similar stages of life, so people who are either working full-time or moving here to take their first career steps would be ideal.
Before talking about ourselves, we definitely prefer more than just functional roommate dynamics. If you're searching for just a functional flat-share, this might not be the right fit for you. We're all about creating a warm and friendly atmosphere here! :)
You’d be sharing the space with:
- Berrak(26): A product designer living in Munich for almost a year now. You'll often find her catching a movie at the cinema, knitting something in her room that she will probably never finish, or lost in the pages of historical fiction novels.
- David(35): A quiet guy from Mexico, who’s wrapping up his second master's degree in electrical engineering. He has been living in Germany for around 7 years. He spent the last 6 months living in Japan and will be moving back to his room around the same time as you.
About the room: It’s ready to move into from May 2nd and comes with a bed, a semi-new mattress, a wardrobe, desk, chair, and curtains. All this furniture can be yours for a one-time fee of 80 euros—this is separate from the rent.
