GERMAN:
Leider muss ich aus beruflichen Gründen spontan meine wundervolle WG verlassen :(
Momentan steht das Zimmer bis zum 30.09. zur Verfügung. Wir sind im regelmäßigen Austausch mit unserer Vermietern und verhandeln gerade aus, wie lange wir darüber hinaus noch bleiben dürfen. Eine Verlängerung über den 30.09. ist also nicht ausgeschlossen und bringen wir gerade in Erfahrung.
Deine Etage:
Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt im 2. OG und ist 11qm groß. Es liegt auf der Südseite ruhig und sonnig zum Garten hin und hat schöne Dachschrägen. Ein Einbauschrank, ein Schreibtischstuhl, der Teppich und das Bett werden ohne Ablösekosten mitvermietet. Das Bad in deiner Etage verfügt über eine Dusche, du teilst es dir mit dem lebensfrohen Aaron. Zusätzlich hat deine Etage eine hübsche kleine Teeküche.
Das Haus:
Das Haus ist ausgestattet mit einer großen modernen Küche, Geschirrspüler, Siebträgermaschine, Waschmaschine im Keller, Wintergarten, Terrasse, Garage, großem Esszimmer, Partykeller/Werkstadt und einer Chill-Area, die aktuell als Fitnessraum genutzt wird.

Unfortunately I have to leave my wonderful shared flat spontaneously for professional reasons :(
At the moment the room is available until 30.09. We are in regular contact with our landlady and are currently negotiating how long we can stay beyond that. An extension beyond 30.09. is therefore not out of the question and we are currently finding out.
Your floor:
The room for rent is on the 2nd floor and is 11 square meters in size. It is quiet and sunny on the south side facing the garden and has beautiful sloping ceilings. A built-in wardrobe, a desk chair, the carpet and the bed are rented out free of charge. The bathroom on your floor has a shower and you share it with fun-loving Aaron. Your floor also has a nice little kitchenette.
The house:
The house is equipped with a large modern kitchen, dishwasher, portafilter machine, washing machine in the basement, conservatory, terrace, garage, large dining room, party cellar/workshop and a chill area, which is currently used as a fitness room.
GERMAN:
Das Haus liegt mitten in Moosach, wenige Gehminuten zum Rewe/Edeka/Kik und der Volksbank entfernt. Zusätzlich gibt es in der selben Straße einen Bäcker. Der Moosacher Bahnhof (U3) ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Auch der Westfriedhof (U1) ist per Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Generell ist die Münchner Innenstadt mit dem ÖPNV super erreichbar, auch nachts nach dem Feierngehen kommt man noch gut nach Hause.
ENGLISH:
The house is located in the middle of Moosach, just a few minutes' walk from Rewe/Edeka/Kik and the Volksbank. There is also a bakery in the same street. The Moosach train station (U3) is about 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The Westfriedhof (U1) is also very easy to reach by bus. In general, Munich city center is easily accessible by public transport, even at night after a party you can still get home easily.

Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind Alejandro, Celine, Aaron und Judit.
Alejandro ist 26 Jahre alt, kommt aus Mexiko und studiert Robotik und Künstliche Intelligenz im Master an der TUM.
Celine ist 26, in München aufgewachsen, hat Politikwissenschaften studiert und arbeitet momentan bei einer Eventagentur.
Aaron ist 28 und promoviert an der TUM in Physik. Mit ihm würdest du dir die Etage teilen!
Judit ist 25 Jahre alt, kommt aus Katalonien und hat gerade ihren Master in Biologie abgeschlossen. Sie fängt nun ihren ersten Vollzeitjob an.
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene WG und mögen gemeinsame Aktionen wie Kochen, Filme schauen oder Spieleabende.

Your new flatmates are Alejandro, Celine, Aaron and Judit.
Alejandro is 26 years old, comes from Mexico and is studying Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at TUM.
Celine is 26, grew up in Munich, studied political science and currently works for an event agency.
Aaron is 28 and is doing his doctorate in physics at TUM. You would share the floor with him!
Judit is 25 years old, comes from Catalonia and has just completed her Master's degree in Biology. She is now starting her first full-time job.
We are a very open-minded flat share and like to do things together like cooking, watching movies or game nights.
