ab sofort hab ich mein sehr geräumiges Zimmer (leider prinzipiell nur an Frauen zu vergeben) zur unbefristeten Untermiete bei einer älteren Dame (80J) abzugeben, da ich ein günstigeres Wohnheimzimmer ergattern konnte. Warmmiete inkl. allem außer Internet beträgt 500€ monatlich, Kaution wurde bei mir in Rücksprache mit der Dame komplett erlassen. Einzugsdatum in Rücksprache.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Lerchenauer See, 10' zum OEZ.
