Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem/einer netten Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in der WG mit meinem Bruder (26) in München-Moosach. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 07. Juli bis zum 23.Juli verfügbar. Meine Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, so dass Du dich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen kannst. Insgesamt gibt es 95qm. Ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche und einen Balkon kannst du mitbenutzen. Es ist sehr ruhig und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen sind in Laufnähe. U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Tram sind gleich nebenan. Die S-Bahn fährt in 15 Minuten, die Tram in 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, bzw. Marienplatz.
Nun noch ein paar Worte zu meinem Bruder: Fabi (26) arbeitet seit einem Jahr Vollzeit als Software Ingenieur bei Ferchau. Er ist vom Typ her sehr aktiv und gleichzeitig wahnsinnig entspannt und unkompliziert.
Wenn DU Interesse an einer Wohngemeinschaft in diesem Zeitraum hast, schreibe mir eine Nachricht und erzähle mir bitte ein wenig über dich selbst. Einige Angabe zum Alter, zur Tätigkeit und eine Erläuterung der Umstände, die Dich dazu veranlassen befristet eine Wohnung zu beziehen, wären auch sehr hilfreich. Ich freuen mich darauf, Dich kennenzulernen! :-)
I am looking for a nice new tenant for my room in the shared flat with my brother (26) in Munich-Moosach. The room is available from 07. July until the 23. July. The apartment is fully equipped to make you feel at home. My flat has 95 square meters, 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen and a big living room with balcony. It is quiet and all important facilities are within a few minutes walk. S1, U3 and Tram20 are close by. It takes you 15 to 20 minutes to get to the city center.
Now a few words about my brother: Fabi (26) has been working full-time as a software engineer at Ferchau for a year. He is very active and at the same time very relaxed and uncomplicated.
If you are interested we would ask you to write a request which contains information like your age, your job and the circumstances why you are looking for short term accommodation in Munich. I look forward to meeting you!
