The location of the flat is great. It is just at the heart of the city and very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is 4 min of walking from Georg-Brauchle-Ring (U1-U7) stop. Olimpia Einkaufzentrum where you can take U3 is one stop away from the apartment and it is only 10 mins of walk. Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, DM and Rewe are located within 10 min of walk. Norma is just outside the door, and it is 2 mins of walk. Beautiful Olimpiapark is very close, and you can go to running or to hang out with friends.

You can easly access to TUM and LMU.

You will be sharing the flat with Iso(23) and Bugra(23) at home. They are both master's students at TUM and are finishing their first semester in Munich. They are fun people and we love spending time together. We enjoy cooking and chatting over a drink. We enjoy spending time in the kitchen and most of our free time at home is spent in the kitchen. During our busy periods, we are all studying in our room or in the library.

Iso loves to go to the gym in his spare time. If you are interested in sports, you are welcome to become a gymbuddy. He also does windsurf, ski, sailing and likes to play spikeball. Moreover, we like to go to bars and have a drink together. We also love to invite our friends from school to have a dinner party. Also, if you are willing to explore Munich and its surroundings and see new places, we are happy to do it together. Bugra enjoys playing and watching football. You can have deep conversations about every league from the world with him. He also loves swimming and does boxing. You can go Olympiapark to swim and also the lakes close to Munich.

We have a general understanding of cleanliness and order at home. We do not have a cleaning plan, but we vacuum the house frequently and take care of the cleanliness of the bathroom and kitchen. It is important for the future person to be meticulous in these matters. In general, we all get along very easily with each other.

There will be a separate contract for the room. Electricity, heating, WIFI, water and radio tv tax are included in the rent. We bought vacuum cleaner, Brita and some stuff like that and if you want to move in we want you to contribute for them. It is just a small amount.
