I might have a room for you. I am a single Mom, with a 17-year-old son and a Labrador and we share our apartment with another master student who studies bio engineering and an Indian student who finished his M.A. in IT and and already started working. Both have been with us for a long period of time. S. has been with us for more than 2,5 ans is moving out now to start a place on his own. thus he is moving out and he room will become available. Both guys love it here :)
We live in a ver ynice area, with lots of green around, 5 minutes to the big park, leading to the English garden and only 12 min. from the center of town. We have tons of shopping possibilities around like supermarkets, drugstores etc.
The room is rather big around 17 qm, furnished and costs € 700. We overlook the public swimming pool, which is great during the summer. There are lots of parks to go jogging or biking as well.
The WG is definitely not a party WG and is suitable for people who enjoy calm and quiet times. Our lovely dog - she is very quiet and affectionate- ist the "princess" of the house, thus please keep in mind that you need to be pet friendly in order to apply. :)
On a last note, some of us are vegetarians, and while you do not have to be- you can eat and prepare meat- we kindly ask you to refrain from eating pork.
