Wir suchen bevorzugt jemanden der bereits berufstätig ist, Studenten sind aber auch möglich :) Erwünscht wird natürlich jemand der genauso viel Spaß am Leben hat wie wir und auf Sauberkeit und gemeinschaftliche Harmonie Wert legt. Bist du Nichtraucher und hast idealerweise schon WG Erfahrung gesammelt, dann freuen wir uns dich bald besser kennen zu lernen. Leider können wir der Wohngemeinschaft zu Liebe keine Haustiere aufnehmen.
Der Erstbezug war vor ca. 3 Jahren, daher ist die Ausstattung fast so gut wie neu :-) Deine zwei Mitbewohner Lucia und Björn (BWLer und Informatiker-Praktikant) sind sehr sympathisch, ordentlich und fleißig und freuen sich dich kennenzulernen.
We are preferably looking for someone who is already working, but students are also possible :) Of course, we want someone who has as much fun in life as we do and values cleanliness and communal harmony. If you are a non-smoker and ideally have already gained experience in shared accommodation, then we look forward to getting to know you better soon. Unfortunately, for the sake of the shared apartment, we cannot accept pets.
The first move in was about 3 years ago, so the equipment is almost as good as new :-) Your two roommates Lucia and Björn (business graduate and internship of IT) are very friendly, tidy and hard-working and are looking forward to getting to know you.
