Dies ist ein kleiner (aber ausreichender) Raum für Studenten, den ich für einen Monat untervermiete. Das Zimmer ist eines von 7 Zimmern in einem großen, geräumigen, schönen Haus im Vintage-Stil, das für Studenten bestimmt ist. Die Gegend ist ruhig und ruhig, aber dennoch zentral gelegen mit der U-Bahn (U4) 10 Minuten zu Fuß und Bushaltestellen 4 Minuten zu Fuß. Man kann das Stadtzentrum innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichen.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume umfassen: 2 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, 2 Badezimmer
Es gibt Einkaufszentren in der Nähe, alle Einrichtungen: Waschmaschine, Herd usw. vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (es gibt genügend Möbel im Keller, die Sie gerne benutzen können).
KVR ist nicht möglich, aber es wird eine Art schriftliche Vereinbarung formuliert erst. DM mir für Bilder.

This is a small (but good enough) room intended for students. The room is one of 7 rooms in a big spacious, beautiful, vintage-style house intended for students. The area is calm and quiet, but still centrally located with the U-Bahn (U4) 10 minutes on foot and bus stops 4 minutes on foot. One can reach the city centre within 20 minutes.
The common rooms include: 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms
There are shopping centres close by, all the facilities: Washing Machine, Stove, etc. available. The room is furnished (there's plenty of furniture in the basement which you can feel free to use).
KVR is not possible, but some sort of a written agreement will be formulated first. DM me for pictures.
