Das Zimmer ist recht hell und ruhig, da es wie alle Zimmer der Wohnung nach Süd-Westen ausgerichtet ist, man schaut in einen süßen Hinterhof/Garten. Aktuell befinden sich die Möbel meiner früheren Mitbewohnerin im Zimmer - diese kommen allerdings raus und werden durch neue, weiße Möbel ersetzt (Bett, Schrank).
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen langen, typischen „Altbau-Flur“, eine Wohnküche mit Balkon, ein Bad und ein separates WC. Alle Wände wurden kürzlich frisch gestrichen.
Leider habe ich gerade nicht mehr Fotos und bin erst ab Mittwoch wieder in München :)
The room is quite bright and quiet, as it faces south-west like all the rooms in the flat, and looks out onto a cute backyard/garden. Currently, the furniture of my former flatmate is in the room - but it will be removed and replaced by new, white furniture (bed, wardrobe).
The flat has a long, typical "old building" hallway, a kitchen/living room with balcony, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All walls have recently been freshly painted.
Unfortunately, I don't have any more photos right now and I won't be back in Munich until Wednesday :)
Die Lage ist super, 5min zur Tramhaltestelle Albrechstr., 10min zur U-Bahn Rotkreuzplatz, 10min zum Nymphenburger Kanal, in 15-20min ist man mit dem Rad im Englischen Garten, bei der TU/LMU, Odeonsplatz usw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarere Nähe.
The location is great, 5min to the tram stop Albrechstr., 10min to the underground Rotkreuzplatz, 10min to the Nymphenburger Kanal, in 15-20min you can cycle to the Englischer Garten, TU/LMU, Odeonsplatz etc.. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.
Kurz zu mir: Ich mache gerade einen MA in Political, Legal and Economic Philosophy und arbeite nebenher remote. Ich interessiere mich für Literatur, Kunst und Sport. In den Monaten Oktober-Februar bin ich in Österreich und werde mein Zimmer ebenfalls untervermieten.
Mir ist eine gute Atmosphäre wichtig, ich fände es schön mal zusammen zu kochen oder in die nette Bar um’s Eck zu gehen, bin aber selbst viel beschäftigt und unterwegs.
Briefly about me: I am currently doing a MA in Political, Legal and Economic Philosophy and work remotely on the side. I am interested in literature, art and sports. I will be in Austria in October-February and will also sublet my room.
A good atmosphere is important to me, I would like to cook together or go to the nice bar around the corner, but I am busy and on the road a lot myself.
