Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 65 m² groß. Es gibt ein Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, einen langen Flur, eine kleine Küche (Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen) mit Platz zum Sitzen sowie die drei WG-Zimmer. Außerdem verfügt die WG über einen Keller, in dem ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden ist.
Das Zimmer (9m²) ist Richtung Innenhof und ruhig. Durch die weiß gestrichenen Balken besitzt das Zimmer viel Charakter.

The flat is located on the top floor (5th floor) and can be reached via a wide stairway, which makes it easier to transport furniture when moving.
The flat is 65 m² in total. There is a daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, a long corridor, a small kitchen (fridge, hob, oven) with space to sit and then the three bedrooms. The flat share also has a cellar with storage space.
The room (9m²) is bright, it faces the inner courtyard and is quiet. The white-painted bars give the room a lot of character.
The room will be handed over fully furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Neuhausen, ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Maillingerstraße (U1/U7) entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn ist man in 3 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof oder in 7 Minuten am Olympia Einkaufszentrum. Bus- und Tramlinien befinden sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in 15 min Karlsplatz Stachus.
Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen, ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Rund um das Haus gibt es kaum Autoverkehr.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Bäckereien, Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl, Biomärkte), dm, Apotheken und Restaurants.

The flat is located in the Neuhausen district, approx. 5 minutes' walk from the Maillingerstraße underground station (U1/U7). The underground takes you to the main station in 3 minutes or to the Olympia shopping centre in 7 minutes. Bus and tram lines are also nearby. Karlsplatz Stachus can be reached in 15 minutes by bike.
Although very central, the location is quiet. There is hardly any car traffic around the house.
There are bakeries, supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, organic markets), dm, pharmacies and restaurants in the immediate surrounding.
Ich, Josefin (38) und Li (31) suchen eine freundliche, fröhliche, ruhige und ordentliche Mitbewohner*in. Josefin arbeitet als Sozialpädagogin und Li als Industriedesignerin. Es ist keine reine Zweck-WG, da wir beide berufstätig sind und in unserer Freizeit teils zuhause sind, teils unterwegs sind, u.a. beim wandern, tanzen, im Museum oder auf Ausstellungen. Ab und zu unternehmen wir auch etwas gemeinsam. Das ergibt sich jedoch alles ganz spontan.
