Ich vermiete mein Zimmer vorerst vom 04.11. bis 23.11. möbliert unter, da ich in der Zeit im Urlaub bin und ziehe dann zum 1.12. aus (Möbel nehme ich dann mit). Die Miete im November wäre dann 300€.
Der Mietvertrag wäre vorerst bis Mitte April 19 befristet, aber mit der Option auf Verlängerung.
Super Lage an der Landshuter Allee, Tram 12 und Bus 53 zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, in 7 Minuten bist du am Rotkreuzplatz (hier fährt die U1).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Penny) gleich um die Ecke, am Rotkreuzplatz gibt es dm, Galeria Kaufhof, Edeka, Tchibo, Hugendubel uvm.
Frei nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss. Du wohnst hier mit Giulia (22) zusammen, sie ist super nett und total unkompliziert! :)
Idealerweise bringst du auch ein paar Wohnzimmermöbel mit. :)
Besichtigungstermine wären nach Absprache diese Woche, am Donnerstag Abend (25.10.) und Samstag Vormittag (27.10.) möglich.
