My current 2 flatmates are moving out and I will be taking the main rent, and I'm hoping to find 2 great flatmates to enjoy WG-life together in this beautiful apartment in Neuhausen. You therefore also have the chance to respond to the other room that I am posting.
- The room is a cozy quiet room on the innenhof-side
- In addition, the room comes with 50% of the space in our stocking room (Abstellraum), where you can store a wardrobe.
- Private bathroom. For tall persons it is difficult to shower standing upright however.
- On top of the 10 m2 room, you will have most of the space in our stocking room, which fits a wardrobe.
- We will share a kitchen fully equipped with a large fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster.
- You have the possibility to take over the bed, desk and the current wardrobe in the stocking room
- The apartment is at the 4th floor without lift. The staircase however is very spaceous which makes it easier to carry things to the apartment
Forget Maxvorstadt and Schwabing! Situated in the heart of Neuhausen, you have access to a great variety of restaurants, nice local bars in cobblestoned streets with trees at each corner. U1 Rotkreuzplatz at 5 min walk, S-bahn Donnersbergerbrücke takes 10 min. We know our neighbours quite well and every now and then undertake something in the Innenhof.
My name is Wim, I'm from the Netherlands and living in Munich for about 4 years now. I actually do speak German fluently, but it's much easier to write this text in English. I'm full-time employed with quite a busy job, but nevertheless active in my free time. I do appreciate social times in the apartment. I hope you are also the type of person that appreciates cooking together every now and then, or just having a drink at night :-) I'm looking for someone with a similar situation, that is, between 25-35 years old.
I'm already grown out of "student WG life" and like to keep public spaces clean and tidy. We will have a cleaning plan and I appreciate everybody taking their responsibility to take care of the apartment.
A few (important) notes!
1. I will be the main tenant and the room is as such an "Untervermietung". When I am moving out (in likely 12-24 months), the landlord will probably not take other tenants, meaning your contract will be ended as well.
2. I am currently not the main tenant yet, so I am unsure about the exact heating/electricity costs. Based on what I currently know, I made a conservative estimate, so in the end it can turn out we will pay less.
3. You will be able to take over the furniture (bed, matress, desk, cupboard and the wardrobe), but you don't have to.
Please, tell me something about yourself, (German or English), what you are doing in Munich and what WG-life means to you. I'm looking forward to your writing!
