This offer includes actually 2 spaces, being the main Room as well as a closet right beside, so you won't need to have the wardrobe inside the bedroom which makes everything more spacious and easy.
The Flat is beside Leonrodplatz with amazing connections to Karlsplatz, Maxvorstadt, etc. Walking distance from the Olympia Park, and an amazing view from the rooftop of all the surroundings.
You can take the Bike and have access to a lot without need of the public transportation as well.

We're a pretty relaxed group of people, interested in sports, love to cook together, and have a good talk after work. Some wine, yoga on the balcony, grilling, you name it.
The Flat is incredible. It's so full of light that you won't mind winter at all. Also the Floor Heating system makes it super cozy to walk around barefoot and as an extra you could even start the fireplace to have a nice Xmas night feeling while drinking glühwein!
