Die WG liegt im zweiten Stock eines Altbaus. Die Wohnung hat neben einer geräumigen Küche ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Außerdem gibt es einen langen Gang mit viel Stauraum sowie ein Kellerabteil und einen Balkon (ca 3m2), der über eines der WG Zimmer betretbar ist. Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m2. Eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ist vorhanden und der voraussichtliche Einzugstermin ist der 01. Juni.
The apartment is located on the second floor. It has a spacious kitchen as well as a cosy living room. Additionally, there is a long hallway with plenty of storage space and room in the basement. On top, the apartment has a small balcony connected to one of the other rooms.
The room has approximately 16m2. We have a shared washing machine and moving in date would be the 1st of June.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Donnersbergerbrücke & Rotkreuzplatz und ist damit optimal öffentlich angebunden. Sbahn, Ubahn, Tram und diverse Busse in alle Richtungen sind in 1-10min fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkt hinter dem Haus befindet sich die Donnersbergerstraße mit vielen schönen Cafés, Restaurants & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Being located between Donnersbergerbrücke & Rotkreuzplatz, the apartment is perfectly connected to public transport. The train station, subway station as well as tram and bus station into all directions are reachable in 1-10 min walking. Around the corner there’s the Donnersbergerstraße with a lot of cosy cafes, restaurants, bars and different shops.
Wir sind Nils, 24 Jahre, Biotechniker in der Forschung & Entwicklung & Julia, 26 Jahre, Physiotherapeutin und Sportwissenschaftlerin. Julia lebt jetzt seit einem Jahr in der WG und Nils ist Anfang des Jahres dazugestoßen. Julia ist generell gerne sportlich unterwegs, sei es beim Fußball, wandern, Skifahren oder Skitouren und ist auch oft in der Küche beim Kochen zu finden.
Nils geht phasenweise relativ regelmäßig ins Fitnessstudio, fängt bald mit Basketball an und lässt sich aber auch sonst für alle möglichen Sportarten und sonstige Unternehmungen begeistern.
Wir suchen jemanden, der aktiv am WG Leben teilhaben möchte und erwünschen ausdrücklich keine Zweck-WG. In unserer WG ist immer was los (Freunde zu Besuch, gemeinsames Kochen, WG Parties usw), während jeder immer die Möglichkeit hat sich in sein/ihr Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
We are Nils, 24, bioengineer in research & development & Julia, 26, physiotherapist and sports scientist. Julia has been living in the WG for a year now and Nils joined us at the beginning of the year. Julia generally enjoys sports, be it soccer, hiking, skiing or ski touring and can often be found in the kitchen cooking.
Nils goes to the gym quite regularly, will soon start playing basketball and is also enthusiastic about all kinds of sports and other activities.
We are looking for someone who wants to actively participate in the life of the shared flat and do not want a purposeful shared flat. In our shared flat there is always something going on (friends visiting, cooking together, parties, etc.), while everyone always has the possibility to retreat to his/her room.
