Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und gut geschnitten. Es besitzt einen schönen Holzboden und ist auf Grund seiner Orientierung immer angenehm hell und kühl zugleich.
Das Zimmer wird mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und einem Schrank vermietet, welche der Vermieterin gehören. Ihr müsst dafür keine Übernahmegebühr bezahlen.

The room is 14m². It has a beautiful wooden floor and due to its orientation is always pleasantly bright and cool at the same time. The room is rented with a bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe, which belong to the landlady. You will not have to pay a buyout fee for it.
Die Lage ist sehr angenehmen.
Unmittelbar am südlichen Ende des Olympiaparks gelegen, bietet es die perfekte Möglichkeit, abends noch schnell im Park laufen zu gehen oder das Wochenende dort entspannt zu genießen.
Die Wohnung ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen.
Mit der Tram gelangt ihr so beispielsweise in 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt ihr 10 Minuten zur TUM, sowie 15 Minuten zur LMU.
Ansonsten hat Neuhausen sehr viele schöne Lokale und Straßen zu bieten. Vor allem Sommer ist dies eine unglaubliche Qualität.

The location is very pleasant.
Located directly at the southern end of the Olympic Park, it offers the perfect opportunity to go for a quick run in the evening in the park or to enjoy the weekend there relaxed.
The apartment is very easy to reach by public transport.
By streetcar, for example, you can get to the main station in 20 minutes.
By bike it takes 10 minutes to the TUM, and 15 minutes to the LMU.
Otherwise, Neuhausen has a lot of nice pubs and streets to offer. Especially in summer, this is an incredible quality.
Das WG-Leben setzt sich aus Enrique, Julia, Julia und Aleix zusammen.
Enrique studiert im Master BWL an der TUM. Julia arbeitet im Hotel. Julia zwei im Nagelstudio. Und Aleix macht aktuell seinen PhD bei BMW.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Rhythmus, sodass man sich im Bad auch nie in die Quere kommt. Abends trifft man sich dann in der Küche, um über den Alltag und das Leben zu quatschen.
Das Miteinander ist sehr angenehm, nichtsdestotrotz gibt es natürlich auch einen Putzplan. Sodass die Wohnung immer recht ordentlich vorzufinden ist.

Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. Everyone has their own rhythm, so you never get in each other's way in the bathroom. In the evening, we meet in the kitchen to talk about everyday life.
The togetherness is very pleasant, but of course there is also a cleaning schedule. So that the apartment is always quite tidy.
Es gibt einen großen Verschlag im Keller. Vom Fahrrad über Möbelstücke könnt ihr dort alles gut verstauen.
