2er-WG flat two streets from Giesing bahnhof (U2, U7, U8, tram and buses). There are many supermarkets in the zone (Aldi is around the corner, Penny, edeka, Hit, lidl), gyms, banks, etc.
The flat is shared with Ricardo, nice and chill guy. He speaks German, Spanish and English. You will meet each other if you come to visit the flat.
I am looking for someone to take my room since I will leave on November. The flat is furnished and equipped as you see in the pictures (tv, washer machine, etc) but the furniture in the room is mine. I will probably look to sell it so we can agree on something.
There is also a storage room in the basement.
Rent is 969€ warm. 2 months of deposit (1938 €). Since Ricardo had to buy the kitchen he also asks for 1000€ to “buy” part of the kitchen. If you leave the flat you can “sell” this part to the next tenant.
