Hello friends,
looking for a long-term girl flatmate for the 1 free room in my shared apartment. The room is approx. 12 m2, could be half furnished if you would like to pay 50€ for the current double bed with mattress included and a small desk, if not interested the room will be unfinished.
The shared rooms (living room, bathroom, kitchen, lobby and balcony) are fully furnished.
The apartment is really cozy, bright because of the big windows and usually quiet.
The laundry room is in the basement with 3 washing machines and 2 driers.
!The lease is going to be given to someone that wants to rent the room for a year or preferably more!
-The apartment is located 3 stations away from Pasing. Tram 19, Bus 130 and 157 are right next to the house (approx. 1 min walk) that take you to Pasing Bahnhof and there you have the S-Bahn possibilities as well as the Regional trains.
-Supermarkets like Edeka, Penny, Hit, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Dm, Müller, Rossmann as well as Turkish markets are really close by foot but also by transportation (2-3 stations away).
-Pasing Arcaden is only 2 stations away and has a lot of shopping possibilities.
-There is a beautiful and peaceful park for walks and jogging 7 min away by foot. As well as indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
-Many restaurants and bars nearby too.
-General medicine doctor on the 6th floor of the building.
I will be your only flatmate sharing the apartment with you. I am a quiet flatmate and you won't notice I am in the house most of the times. I like cooking and enjoy some netflix or reading nights in the living room. I will be mostly at work but also I spend quite some time in the apartment. I like my space to be clean and organized and I expect the same from you. I don't mind sharing some quality time with my flatmate but it is not necessary we become friends as long as we respect each other's space and boundaries.
In the living room there is a couch that can become a bed for guests that you might like to have over.
Parties are not allowed since the building is full of families and seniors and we have to respect the neighbors.
In case of you having pets (cats or dogs) I will have to inform the landlord but it wouldn't be a problem.
Smoking is only allowed in the balcony.
Working students or employed candidates are welcome to send me a message if interested including a small description of themselves to get to know you a little better so I can decide for a viewing.
