Hallo :) ich suche eine Nachmieterin für meine große WG Zimmer ab dem 1.11.2023!
Das Zimmer kommt mobiliert, Sofa, TV, Bett, 2x Schränke (siehe Bilder), Achtung: ohne den Spiegel und Schreibtisch + Stuhl.
Direkt vor dem Gebäude ist eine Bushaltestelle die dich entweder zum Sbahn Station Westkreuz bringt mit S6 und S8 (3min) oder auch zum Pasing Bahnhof (7min).
In der nähe (ca. 100m entfernt) findest du Edeka, Penny, Bäckerei und bisschen mehr weiter hin auch Aldi, Rewe, Rossman und Lidl.
In der Wohnung sind noch 3 andere Mädels, alle super lieb und Kommunikativ, nur eine von denen auch Studentin. Außer dein Zimmer, hast du in der Wohnung auch eine Küche, Bad mit Waschmascine und Toilette.
Es geht um eine unbefristete Zeit ab dem 1.11.2023, 680€ monatlich (warm).
Kaution in der höhe von 3x Monatsmieten (absprechbar).
