The room has an individual size bed, a nice table and a chair, and it is pretty spacious, as you can see in the photos. Unfortunately, the wardrobe of the pictures will not be in the room anymore. The room has two windows, with views to the park in front of the house.
The bedroom is in the second floor of the house. The house has a very nice and big living room and also a very big kitchen with everything that you need for cooking. It has a full bathroom and also a small toilet.
The house is ubicated in a very nice area, with a nice park with a little castle just in front of the house. Very nice surroundings if you like to walk or even go for a run. You can reach the Nymphenburg Castle in a very nice 40 min walk.
To get to the center of munich you can either walk 5-6 min to the bus stop and take the bus for about 7-8 min to reach Pasing Bf. The other option is to walk for about 15 min, or bike for 6 min. From Pasing Bf. there are 4 different lines of S-bahns or regional trains that take you to Hauptbahnof in less than 10 minutes.
Near Pasing Bf. there is a shoping mall and supermarkets. Also from the house you can reach Penny in about 8 min walk or an Edeka about 12 min away.
There are 3 other guys living in the apartment, but they all leave the house during christmas holidays, so you would only be with them for a few days…
They are between 25 and 28 years old and are either studying or working.
They are very nice and we get along well. With the big living room and kitchen it’s easy to run into each other and start talking!
