Wir suchen für unsere WG in München ab 01.08.2024 für unser schönes helles Zimmer eine/n Nachmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, du kannst also direkt einziehen :-)
Das Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (= im 2.OG) einer Doppelhaushälfte und ist sehr ruhig in Richtung Innenhof gelegen. Im gleichen Geschoss befinden sich zwei weitere Zimmer und ein Badezimmer, du teilst dir dein Bad also nur mit zwei Weiteren im Haus. Das komplette Haus erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und Keller. Im Keller ist viel Stauraum und auch ein eigener Wasch- und Trockenraum mit Waschmaschine. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich dann noch eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Das Highlight des Hauses ist der große ruhig gelegene Privatgarten :)
Außerdem haben wir eine nette Putzfee, die zweimal die Woche alle gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume reinigt.

We are looking for a new tenant from 01.08.2024 for our big room in our shared house. The room is fully furnished, so you can move in straight away. :)
We live a great location in Munich close to the S-bahn station. The room is on the top floor (= on the 2nd floor) and is very quiet facing the inner courtyard. On the same floor there are two more rooms and a bathroom so you share the bathroom with only two more people. The entire house has been beautifully renovated and extends over three floors and a basement. There is plenty of storage space in the basement and a separate laundry- and drying room with a washing machine. On the ground floor there is also a cozy eat-in kitchen with all the comfort you could wish for. The highlight of the house is the large, quiet private garden :)
In addition, a cleaning lady comes twice a week and tidies every shared room.
Perfekte Lage in München, nur 5 min vom S-Bahnhof München-Pasing entfernt. Von dort ist man super schnell in der Innenstadt von München. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum, die Pasing Arcaden, aber auch REWE und Lidl sind auch gleich ums Eck.

Perfect location in Munich, only a 5 minute walk from the München-Pasing S-Bahn station. From there you can get to the city centre of Munich very quickly. A large shopping center, the Pasing Arcaden, but also REWE and Lidl are just around the corner.
Manche von uns sind schon berufstätig, andere studieren noch. Das WG-Leben ist ganz locker und entspannt. Wir kochen ab und zu gerne zusammen, trinken ein Bier miteinander oder genießen die Sonne im ruhigen Privatgarten, aber es besteht absolut kein Zwang. Wenn du also lieber deine Ruhe hast, ist das auch voll in Ordnung :)
Dadurch, dass das Haus auf über 160m² und drei Etagen aufgeteilt ist, hat jeder auch genug Privatsphäre. Auch durch die drei Bäder wird es zu keiner Zeit eng.
ENGLISH:
Some of us are already working, others are still studying. Our WG live is very stress-free. Every now and then we like to cook together, have a beer, play cards or enjoy the sun in the quiet private garden, but there is absolutely no force to do so. So if you prefer to have your peace and quiet, that's fine too :)
Because the house is spreading over 160m² and three floors, everyone has enough privacy. Even with the three bathrooms, it never gets crowded.
Nebenkosten (auch Internet, GEZ) sind in der Miete bereits enthalten!
