Mein Zimmer in einer 5-er WG ist vom 14. Dezember bis 14. Januar frei. In dem Zimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch, ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und eine kleine Einzelküche.
Die WG hat zwei Bäder und Waschmaschinen im Keller. Sie ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Station Michaelibad entfernt, wo die U5 verkehrt, so dass man schnell in der Innenstadt ist. Außerdem fahren die Buslinien 155 und 199 alle 20 Minuten in Richtung Neuperlach oder Ostbahnhof.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig mit viel Natur und der Ostpark ist in der Nähe und ideal für Spaziergänge.
Edeka ist nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, aber man kann auch mit den Buslinien zum Lidl-Supermarkt fahren.
Du wirst mit Carina, Santiago, Helena und Begim zusammenleben, sie sind sehr freundlich und ruhig. Da wir keine Gemeinschaftsräume haben (wie Wohnzimmer oder Küche), teilen wir nicht so viel wie in anderen WGs, aber sie sind immer sehr aufmerksam, wenn du etwas brauchst.
Ich werde München nur für einen Monat verlassen, so dass es nicht möglich ist, länger zu bleiben als die Zeit, die ich anbiete. Wenn du interessiert bist, schickst du mir eine Nachricht ☺️
ENGLISH VERSION
My room in a shared flat for 5 people is available from December 14 to January 14. The room has a desk, a bed, a closet and a small kitchenette.
The shared flat has two bathrooms and washing machines in the basement. It is only a few minutes' walk from Michaelibad station, where the U5 underground line runs, so you can get to the city center quickly. In addition, bus lines 155 and 199 run every 20 minutes in the direction of Neuperlach or Ostbahnhof.
The area is very quiet with lots of nature and the Ostpark is nearby and ideal for walks.
Edeka is only a 6-minute walk away, but you can also take the bus lines to the Lidl supermarket.
You will be living with Carina, Santiago, Helena and Begim, they are very friendly and quiet. As we don't have common rooms (like living room or kitchen), we don't share as much as in other shared flats, but they are always very attentive if you need anything.
I will only be leaving Munich for a month, so it is not possible to stay longer than the time I am offering. If you are interested, send me a message ☺️
