Lies dir bitte das WG-Leben durch :)
Das Zimmer wird möbliert angeboten und liegt im dritten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es ist Teil einer Zwei-Zimmerwohnung mit einer großen Wohnküche und einem geräumigen Bad.
Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter von der U-Bahn Station Innsbrucker Ring entfernt. Dort sind die Anbindung U2/U5/U7 und du bist überall in wenigen Minuten.
Du wirst mich als Mitbewohnerin haben. Das WG Leben verlief bisher sehr ruhig und das soll auch weiterhin so sein. Momentan schreibe ich meinen Bachelor, arbeite nebenher und bin öfter unterwegs. Wenn ich dann mal zuhause bin, brauche ich meine Ruhe. Ich habe das klassische WG Leben hinter mir und kann mit gezwungenen Aktivitäten nichts anfangen - genau so wenig wie mit Hausparties oder ähnlichem. Privatsphäre sind mir genau so wichtig wie Sauberkeit. Die gemeinsam genutzten Räume sollten gemeinsam in Stand gehalten werden :)
Idealerweise suchst du ein Zimmer für ein Semester oder den Zeitraum eines Praktikums.
