We're looking for a long term roommate!
The room gets sunshine, the window looks towards the street, there are trees, grass, and a few buildings
Room has a desk, 2-people bed(140*200), wardrobe.
There's a shared common space which has a sofa and a carpet. We like hanging out there.
There's a balcony, we have a desk and chairs It's big enough, we hang out there often times. Also very useful for drying clothes.
We have washing machine, dish machine, fridge, fully equipped kitchen...
Hauptbahnhof is 20 minutes, Munchner Freiheit is 25 minutes, LMU, TUM Garching and center campuses are 20-30 minutes and so on...
It's located in paracelsusstrasse. It's in the north of the city, we can access to U2 am Hart sation and U6 Kieferngarten stations in 6 minutes via bus or 20 minutes by walking.
Luckily, the bus station is 1-2 minutes away.
There are 180,140,170 bus lines passing though our station Paracelsusstrasse. It's very convenient to take a bus to reach U bahn.
After 1-2 a.m we can get back home via taking a night bus until Kieferngarten and then walking 20 minutes.
We have Aldi and Edeka in 3 minutes walking distance. Also DM and Lidl are in 10 minutes walking distance.
Edeka is a Deutsche Post station(3 mins away)
There are gyms around the house(Fitx, MC, and a boutique studio)
Olympiazentrum which has a cheap sports complex is 20 minutes
We are 2 master students in TUM. We're both 23 years old. We both work as werkstudent. We are close friends and hang out together oftentimes. We have a friendly atmosphere in the house, you are invited but not required to join us :)
Main communication language will have to be english.
Ich lerne deutsch, es wäre sehr schön wenn wir Deutsch sprechen würden. Aber mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut :)
We are social people, we like going out, doing activities together, hanging out at home, sometimes cooking together. It would be nice if you join us. Also sometimes friends come.
We cook often at home, we keep the kitchen clean after using. We have a dish machine.
We can create cleaning schedule together. (We should :p)
We hang out in the common area, there's a sofa.
We are open to having guests. Just be reasonable about the noise at late hours in weekdays.
We are open minded people, we expect mutual respect to each others' boundaries. And we believe we can meet on the same page.
The rent is warm and there's electricity, internet, and radio tax that we pay which is around 45 euros per month. We simply split the utility bills, it may go slightly up or down.
