Hello Everyone,
I’m happy to offer a beautiful rooms in the property Jungle of Munich. My current flatmate Pietro is moving out for his further academic journey so I have his room available ;)
This is not a purpose only WG. So if you don’t want an active WG life, this place is not for you.
Room is around 16 sqm (640€-furnished-existing equipment cost: 500€). From July the rent increases to 670€ (Rent increases every 2 years 😭). I am the main tenant so we pot the money together and I pay landlord. The WG has all the necessary equipments like Dishwasher, Oven, Washing Machine, Vacuum cleaner and Fridge. The high speed internet cost is also included in the rent.
The location is extremely nice. It's in north of Munich. Olympic Park and English garden are very close. The nearest bus stop/ tram station is at 3 min walking distance. Edeka/ Rossmann/ netto are also 5 min walking distance. München freiheit is also just 1.5 km away. Overall it's very nice area with pleiof cafés and restaurants nearby. On one side you have easy Public transport and on other side you have peaceful big garden which you can enjoy from private balcony ;)
I am a 27 year Young Automotive engineer. I am from India and moved to Germany 3 years ago. After graduation I moved to Munich for my first job and was lucky to find this WG. Since always there has been friendly, relaxed and international vibe in the WG and I intend to keep it this way. I am a Vegetarian and love to cook (often Indian food). I am a friendly and curious person who love to learn about different cultures and random things. Let me know about you eating habits and some skill that you could teach me 😅.
Maria is also a new member who is moving on June 01 with you. She’s 25, from Madrid and working as a kindergarten teacher. She moved to Munich last month so let’s make her journey exciting . At least on the WG front….haha. She’s fun n sweet and loves hiking.
Until now with old flatmates I tried to spent time together over cooking or beer in our big kitchen but everyone’s privacy is equally respected. I love to travel (extensively ;)) and often go for Bouldering and hiking. I’m recently back from Iceland so have amazing stories to tell….haha. Basically, I’m easy going, funny and curious person. So contact if you’re looking for these qualities in your future flatmate.
There’s a cleaning plan which is regularly followed.
