the room of a roommate is available from June 15th as she ll move to Greece.

About us: I am originally from Brittany and my husband from Touraine from France. We lived in Munich from 2000 to 2020 and need our apartment in Munich because we work in Munich. We have lived in Chiemgau for 3 years with our 3 children.
We had the idea of turning our apartment into a shared flat. We rent 3 rooms, two rooms are occupied by a PhD student the other is occupied by an IT manager.
The apartment in Domagkpark (Schwabing-Freimann) is on the ground floor facing the park with a little west garden (red currant, worcesterberry and raspberry inclusively) with a large eat-in kitchen (34 sqm) and 2 bathrooms.
The bedroom windows (with venetian blinds) look directly onto the park (no car). Washing machine, clothes horse and dryer are in the laundry room.
It is ideal for internship, deployment etc.
