Friendly international WG. The room is fully furnished and the apartment is well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove, large fridge, freezer, kitchen utensils and plates etc. From your room you have access to an enclosed balcony, which you share with 2 other flatmamtes.
Our building has access to stunning roof terrace with panoramic views of Olympiaturm, Luitpoldpark and distant views of Altstadt (in a clear day).
The apartment is located on Schleißheimerstr between Luitpoldpark and Olympiapark (5 minute walk to each). It is a 2 minute walk from tram stop Ackermannstraße (line 27 and n27), which runs between Petuelring and Sendlinger Tor. For U Bahn it is 10 minutes' walk to Petuelring (U3), 12 minutes to Hohenzollernplatz (U2, 5 minutes to Hbf), 12 minutes walk to Scheidplatz (U2, U3, U8). Hohenzollernplatz and Petuelring are also 5 minutes away by tram.
Bakeries 2 minutes' walk away, supermarkets 2-10 minutes walk (Edeka, Rewe, Penny and Müller), 10 minutes' tram to Schellingstraße in Maxvorstadt, which is also easily reachable by bike.
The vibe of the flat is relaxed and social. The 5 other flatmates are between the ages of 22-29, from Mexico, the Netherlands, France and Ireland, studying and/or working. We enjoy exploring the city together, going out for beers, hiking, and having frieds over for dinner, spending time together etc.
My Erasmus year has come to an end and I have to go back home :(, so I am looking for a new flatmate for the rest of my friendly flatmates.
Move-in would be from the 1st of August. We welcome your application and please let us know a bit about yourself!
