Looking for a flatmate to take my room as of mid-March - entry date is negotiable.
The room is very spacious (18 m2) and super luminous.
I'm currently looking for a buyer for the furniture, which is not included in the 840€ rent. Otherwise we can agree on a sublease rent including furniture (890€). Happy to negotiate an agreement, just reach out to discuss 👍
The apartment is super well located in the schwabing-west area and very well connected to public transport. Bus and tram stops are found right in front of the building. Subway station is 4 mins away.
You can do your groceries very conveniently, as you find multiple supermarkets at a short walk distance (Rewe, Lidl, Muller, etc), and you'll have nice restaurants and sports facilities nearby (gym, swimming pool, etc.). The flat is also at a 10 mins walk from Olympiapark, where you can enjoy some nature and have fun with friends.
The common areas include a kitchen, a dining room and a spacious shared bathroom. You will share the flat with 1 flat-mate, which allows having enough privacy for both of you but promoting at the same time a friendly environment where you can have a chat and grab some drinks together.
The 840€ rent does not include internet service, which is an extra expense. The flat is equiped with laundry washing machine, but not with a dishwasher. Move-in dates and length of stay are flexible.
