Hello Munich people,
Our roommate Firas is sadly leaving, so we (Carlos from Mexico & Pipa from Portugal) are looking for a roommate for our WG. We are both young professionals; Pipa works in Finance & Carlos works on E-Com Sales and started a wine company on the side. We like sports and are also fans of good food & wine and enjoy talking about life.
The room is 25sqm, furnished with wardrobe, sofa, and other items, which you could buy at a fair price if you wish (only the bed will be taken). The room also has a breathtaking balcony to the south of the city. :)
The apartment is located in beautiful Schwabing in a tower next to the Luitpoldpark and Petuelring Ubahn. The view from the balconies is amazing, to the south you have the Alps and on the west you have beautiful sunsets to the Olympiapark. The flat has the 3 sleeping rooms, a kitchen, a common area and 2 bathrooms with shower.
Life in the WG is quite chilled, both Carlos and Pipa often travel for work or leisure, but when we are at the flat we like to cook together, drink a glass of wine and have the occasional WG parties every 3 months or so (not a party WG though). We also appreciate our alone time during the week. We don't smoke, but we don't mind if you do on your balcony.
We are looking for a nice, sociable and clean person who is at the beginning of his/her professional life or at a later stage of studies. Please send a quick introduction about yourself, your hobbies and why you think you would be a good fit for our WG.
