The room has a square layout with access to a large balcony overlooking the Olympic Tower and BMW Welt. The room will be handed over furnished, i.e. the couch, bed, shelves and desk will remain in the room. You can also bring your own furniture if required.
The apartment is located in an apartment building between Olympiapark and Luitpoldpark. The U3 underground line takes you to Münchner Freiheit in 5 minutes and to the university, where there are numerous bars and restaurants, in 15 minutes. The green location makes it ideal for outdoor activities.
The flat consists of Mark, Cheuck and Mario.
We're an open-minded group that likes to do things together. From time to time we meet in the kitchen for a glass of wine, cook together or chat a bit. So far, we've always had a cleaning plan that has worked very well and we'd like to keep it that way. Mark works in electrical engineering and can often be found outside doing sports. Cheuck is about to start his new job at BMW and is saving up for a private jet. Mario is currently doing an internship and completing his bachelor's degree in biochemistry.
It's important to us to have an open and friendly atmosphere, but if you want to pursue your own projects, that's no problem either.
