Hi,
wir haben ein Zimmer in unserer Wg frei und sind auf der Suche nach einer passenden Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist kein, aber gut geschnitten und zur Zwischenmiete ideal. Wir vermieten das Zimmer möbliert, mit Bett, Kommode und Kleiderschrank.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend direkt am Bonner Platz. Mit der U3 ist man innerhalb von 7 Minuten am Sendlinger Tor und in 5 Minuten an der LMU. Zur TU braucht man einen ticken länger da man zum Scheidplatz laufen und mit der U2 fahren muss. Wenn es wieder wärmer wird kann man aber auch easy mit dem Fahrrad fahren (12 Minuten). Zu BMW braucht man auch nicht länger als 5-10 Minuten.
Direkt am Bonner Platz gibt’s auch einen REWE, dm und Penny zum einkaufen.
In der Wg wohnen Ben und ich, Ruben. Ben studiert an der LMU Medizin und ich mach an der TU meinen Master in BWL. Wir sind immer gut drauf und unternehmen oft was gemeinsam.
Da wir keine Lust auf eine reine Männer-Wg haben suchen wir eine nette aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin.

Hi,
we have got a free room in our students’ living community for an intermediate rent. The room is furnished, you will have a bed, a dresser and a wardrobe.
Our flat is nearby the metro station “Bonner Platz”. Starting from here, you only need 5 minutes to the LMU or 7 minutes to Sendlinger Tor. If you have to go the TU Munich it takes a little bit longer (15 minutes).
At “Bonner Platz” are also several possibilities to go grocery shopping.
Your future roommates will be Ben, and me, Ruben. Ben is studying medicine at the LMU and I am studying economics at the TUM. We are very open and doing a lot of things together.
We don’t want to be a pure male living community so we are searching for a sympatric roomie ;)
