Das WG-Zimmer befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Die Zimmer sind jeweils mit einem Bett, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Auch die Küche und das Bad sind komplett ausgestattet.
Zu Fuß sind es nur 4 Minuten zur Münchner Freiheit, mit U-Bahn, Bus und Tram Anbindung. Zum Englischen Garten sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zudem ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 8 Min. bei der LMU und in 10 Min bei der TUM in der Innenstadt. Nach Garching-Forschungszentrum kann man direkt mit der U 6 an der Münchner Freiheit durchfahren.
Die jetzigen beiden Bewohner sind Studenten (22J.) und suchen einen weiteren Mitbewohner/in, die studieren oder ein Praktikum machen. Wir sind eine ruhige WG wo man auch gut lernen kann.
