Kleines aber sehr helles Zimmer in einer netten WG direkt am Olympiapark. Möbel (Bett, Regal, Kommode) können von der Vormieterin übernommen werden. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu haben.
Small but bright room in a nice shared apartment right next to Olympiapark. Furniture (bed, shelf, dresser) available from the former tenant. The room is available right away.
Das Wohnhaus liegt direkt am Olympiapark, die nächste Ubahn-Station ist Petuelring (U3), ca 7 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Tramstation Gartenstraße ist etwa 3 Minuten entfernt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und grün aber es gibt alles, was man braucht und man ist schnell im Zentrum.
The apartment building is right next to Olympiapark, the next subway station is Petuelring (U3) about 7 to 10 minutes by foot. Tram station Gartenstraße 3 minutes by foot. The area is calm and green but has everything you need and the connection to the center is quick.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG aber sehr unabhängig, immer bereit zu Spiele- oder Filmabenden. Wir sind Linda (27), DaF-Studentin und Freie Journalistin und Thomas (33), Freier Redakteur und Justizsekretär. Wir suchen ein neues "Familienmitglied", wollen also nicht nur nebeneinander leben. Bring gerne schon etwas WG-Erfahrung mit.
Du kannst von hier aus alles gut erreichen, nachts ist es aber ruhig genug um zu schlafen ;-) Außerdem suchen wir jemanden, der dauerhaft bleiben will und keine*n Zwischenmieter*in. Alles weitere klären wir dann beim Kennenlernen. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht, mit ein paar Infos über dich. Haustiere nach Absprache möglich.
