Hallo zusammen!
Ab 1. Juli ist mein wunderbares Zimmer in Schwabing gleich an der Münchner Freiheit zu haben.
Die Wohnung hat 69m2 und bestehet aus Wohnküche, Wohnzimmer, Bad, WC und zwei Zimmer. Dein Zimmer hat ca. 15m2. Kosten wären 780EUR all inclusive. Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert. Du würdest mit meiner wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin Chrissy zusammenwohnen. Sie ist 29 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Heilpädagogin an einer Schule.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir einfach ein paar Zeilen zu euch. Besichtigungen wären am 12. und 14. Juni möglich.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Münchner Freiheit entfernt. Also super angebunden und alle Supermärkte gleich ums Eck. Der nörtliche Teil des Englischen Garten ist auch nur in wenigen Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
