Das Zimmer ist im ersten Obergeschoss, hier sind noch zwei andere Zimmer, ebenso ein Bad mit Toilette und Badewanne.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch und einem Spiegel ausgestattet.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche ebenso wie einen Garten und eine Waschmaschine, die von allen Mitbewohnern benutzt werden kann.
Im ganzen Haus ist Wlan vorhanden.
The room is in the first floor, in the first floor there are two other rooms and a Bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
The room comes fully furnished with a Bed, a wardrobe a desk and a mirror. There is a shared kitchen and a garden for bbqs etc. There is also a washing machine that can be used for free by the residents.
There is wifi available in the whole house.

Das Haus befindet sich im Münchner Stadtteil Laim.
In weniger als 5 Minuten erreicht man die Ubahnstation Friedensheimerstr (U5).
Auch die Nachtlinie der Tram 19 ist in Reichweite. Auch die Sbahn kann man in ca 11 Minuten zu fuß erreichen. Zum Flughafen sind es ca. 45 Minuten.
Supermärkte, Restaurants und Banken erreicht man ebenso in nicht einmal 5 Minuten.
The house is located in the Munich district Laim.
The next Underground station (u5) is only five minutes away. Also the nighttram 19 is in reach. The Sbahn can be reached in only 11 minutes. It only takes 45 minutes to get to the Airport aswell.

Die WG besteht zurzeit aus drei Frauen und zwei Männern. Sie ist bunt gemischt mit Studenten und Berufstätigen.
Im oberen Geschoss sind insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Küche und 1 weiteres Zimmer. Des weiteren befinden sich im Souterrain noch 2 Zimmer und ein weiteres im Anbau vom Haus.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Garten in dem zusammen gegrillt werden kann.
The wg consists of Three women and two men at the moment. There are three rooms on the first floor. On the ground floor there are two more rooms and the shared kitchen. Two more rooms are located in the souterrain.
There is a small garden, where regularly barbeques take place.
Jeder Mieter hat einen eigenen Mietvertrag mit den Vermietern.
Every Tenant has their own contract with the landlords.
