A 9m2 room is available in a 3er WG for 2 month as I am leaving Munich for this period.
The room is rented furnished with a foldable bed, study table, chair and closet. There is also a 4k TV in the room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything that can be needed. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the flat.
There is a possibility to take over the contract long term from 01.11.2023

In einer 3er WG steht ein 9m2 Zimmer für 2 Monate zur Verfügung, da ich für diesen Zeitraum München verlasse.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert mit einem Klappbett, Studiertisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank vermietet. Es gibt auch einen 4k TV im Zimmer. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und allem, was man so braucht. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Wohnung.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag langfristig ab 01.11.2023 zu übernehmen.

Da wir alle aus verschiedenen Ländern kommen, wird in der Wohnung hauptsächlich Englisch gesprochen.
